Mr. Pijush Kanti Das

Director & Chief Trainer

Mr. Pijush Kanti Das is Director and chief trainer at Crowe UAE Academy. he brings along more than three decades of banking experience with State Bank of India and Singapore overseas branch. He was also a chief trainer and lecturer at EIBFS Dubai for a decade and an adjunct faculty at Sp Jain Dubai. he has rich experience in all facets of banking areas, and he has designed and delivered training programs to senior management and board, across numerous subject matters with expertise in governance, risk, and regulatory compliance. he is a postgraduate in economics a certified AML compliance professional, and a certificated associate of the Indian institute of Bankers (CAIIB).

Dr. Ramakrishna

Leadership Coach And Trainer

Dr. Ramakrishna is a Ph.D. holder with a thesis on learning and change in human systems. he is also a member of International Coach Federation and certified practitioner of the leadership circle profile (LCP). he was a leadership development facilitator & coach at Emirates NBD and coached several senior leaders and executives from diverse nationalities, cultures, and sectors in the Middle East and south Asia regions, focusing on leveraging strengths and shifting dysfunctional assumptions about self and the world around them to become the best leaders they can be. he has facilitated development planning discussions and workshops to help leaders and talent make choices about their development priorities and actions and own and commit to their development plans.

Mr. Sanjay M Prabhu

Manager – Training & Development

Mr. Sanjay M Prabhu is an MBA in finance and certified associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. he brings along 29 years of multifaceted experience in the areas of commercial banking, valuation, assurance and advisory and served over 5 years with EIBFS Dubai as a lecturercum trainer and adjunct faculty at Manipal University, Dubai. he has rich exposure in managing commercial banking operations and conducted training on branch banking operations & compliance, operational risk management and internal controls, cash management, effective branch supervision, risk-based internal audit, anti-money laundering, law regulation & best practices.

Ms. Sara Shatta

Trainer

Ms. Sara Shatta is ICF ACSTH certified Coach, KADA and American Canadian Board-certified professional trainer and an international speaker. She has conducted training on leadership, positive thinking, communication skills, stress and anger management, team building, resilience and productivity for Tanfeeth, Emirates NBD & EmiratesIslamic banks in UAE.
