  • Her experience in corporate advisory includes initial public offerings (IPO), corporate restructuring exercises, mergers and acquisitions, reverse-takeovers, debt restructuring schemes, fund raising exercises, valuation exercises, feasibility reviews, financial turnarounds, valuation of infrastructure projects and non-performing loans reviews.
  • She has been involved in providing independent advisory services to the shareholders as well as for a corporate and debt restructuring exercise.
  • Pauline was also involved in various insolvency administrations such as voluntary administrations, receiverships, liquidations and financial monitoring while with another international accounting firm. She has successfully administered the affairs of more than 100 companies in Malaysia, particularly those that experienced insolvency problems as well as managed the voluntary administrations of manufacturing companies.
