Amy Chieng graduated as an engineer from Curtin University of Technology (Sarawak Campus), majoring in Electrical Engineering. Subsequently, she pursued her master’s degree in Management with research in Renewable Energy.
She began a career in the engineering field and worked as a Production Engineer in a switchboard manufacturing company.
She was also one of the Project Engineers to oversee the testing and commissioning of several power sub-stations in Sarawak Energy, where she was tasked to create a project monitoring system.
She has spent the past seven (7) years in the consulting industry. Her successful projects include P2P License Application (with Securities Commission) for a Fintech-based company, and Franchise Application for two (2) industries: apparels and food & beverage, amongst many others.
Her main role is to implement these various projects relating to business process innovation and performance improvement.
