Understand the Three Lines of Defence model and the challenges ahead
As part of a programme of events being coordinated by the Institute of Risk Management, Special Interest Group for Charities, we are hosting a joint webinar with the Institute of Internal Auditors on the Three Lines of Defence (3LOD) model.

A panel of expert speakers from the charity sector has been selected to provide detail on the 3LOD model, its strengths and weaknesses and potential questions around its implementation.

What we will cover

  • Introduction to the 3LOD
  • What are the challenges in implementing the approach?
  • How does this work in practice?
  • Update on the IIA Global's review of the 3LOD modelQ&A session*

*Attendees will be able to ask the panel anonymous questions throughout the webinar. However, we would also like to invite questions from participants ahead of the event, so that these can be factored into the presentation. Please provide any questions or topics for discussion when registering.
