Due to the current impact of coronavirus we will be delivering this event as a webinar. Please refer back later for more information.
Delivering your charitable objectives and carrying out good governance in a VUCA world is far from easy. The principles of strong governance have rapidly changed in a relatively short period of time and it is not always easy for organisations to benefit.

Ethics, diversity, safeguarding and environmental impact are just some of the ongoing issues which can seem like a mountain to climb when you're operating in a VUCA world. We will explore the important areas you need to be addressing now to overcome this.

Our second briefing held on 5 May will cover Demonstrating your charities impact

It is clear that the operating environment for charities is more demanding than ever with increasing regulation, falling income and increasing costs. There is also a greater scrutiny by the media and the general public through social media. Measuring impact is an important means of persuading or communicating with donors and demonstrating accountability to stakeholders. It can, however, be complex.

In this session we will explore impact reporting as an important tool for enabling organisations to improve their strategic and operational decision making by aligning these with the charity's strategic objectives.

You will have an opportunity to ask questions throughout both breakfast briefings as well as networking with others in the sector.

There is no cost to attend these breakfast briefings and you will receive a free breakfast.

We limit attendee numbers at our briefings to create a forum for discussion amongst participants, so please sign up as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
