Karl is a non-executive director, mentor and business coach who specialises in helping to accelerate the growth of ambitious digital, marketing and communications agencies. He has a track record of starting, growing and selling businesses in the UK, US and Singapore. Karl founded Cognito, one of the UK's fastest growing agencies, which he successfully sold in 2008. Karl is also a qualified Henley Business School executive coach and a mentor for Microsoft Ventures.
Martin is an ACA qualified FD/CFO/NED with significant experience in developing high growth businesses. He has co-founded, grown and advised businesses of all types across a range of sectors from start-up through to successful exit. He also built and sold a promotional gift merchandise company Only 4 U.
