Part two of a two part webinar provided by David Potts to address all the current key issues, including:

  • latest guidance from FRC and professional bodies on reporting COVID-19 issues
  • practical issues such as concessions granted by Companies House and temporary changes to Company Law
  • how the reported numbers may change including assessment of:
    • impairment provisions
    • lease rentals (holidays) and other property costs such as business rates
    • other government financial support measures.
  • additional disclosures required covering issues such as impact, post balance sheet events and going concern status
  • the primary focus will be reporting under FRS 102 but we will also consider the relevant differences if applying IFRS or FRS 105.
