Over the past year we have made a range of improvements to ensure everyone feels welcome and empowered at Crowe. We have addressed the need for flexibility, coaching and mentoring opportunities, as well as supporting our people through our internal networks. All of these initiatives have already had an impact on our business, as for a third consecutive year, we have seen our gender pay gap decrease.
There is of course always more to do and we will continue to work together to support our people, provide a rewarding people experience and work to further address the gender pay gap.
