- Managing, monitoring and guiding a group of tax professionals and reviewing Singapore corporate and individual tax compliance works for clients.
- Maintaining relationships with clients and tax authorities (tax audits, dispute resolution).
- Planning cross border tax structures taking into account tax implications such as withholding tax and Avoidance of Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) benefits.
- Performing tax due diligence for various multi-national group of companies.
- Advising expatriates on individual income tax implications and planning opportunities with respect to both inbound and outbound deployment from Singapore.
Wai Gang is an Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax) of the Singapore Chartered Tax Practitioners (SCTP).
He holds a Bachelor of Science (Accounting and Finance) conferred by the University of London (First Class Honours).
