Warranty, service-level agreements, and returns
Crowe warranty varies by product and by customer requirements. Crowe does not have a return policy.
All offered Crowe solutions leverage Dynamics 365 and Power Platform services hosted in Microsoft Azure™ for U.S. Government and are covered by Microsoft’s financially backed 99.9% monthly uptime service-level agreement. Platform availability, recovery time objects, and data loss tolerance levels (recovery point objectives) are governed by Microsoft’s published service-level commitments.
