Manager, Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities
- To develop, drive and manage the full cycle of recruitment activities for the Firm, including efficient sourcing, selection, negotiation, on-boarding and establishing a healthy pipeline for calibre candidates.
- To lead, manage and coach the Talent Acquisition team on innovative recruitment techniques.
- To identify new sourcing channels, ie: headhunting, social media, networking, etc.
- To work closely with Hiring Managers at various levels to gain a thorough understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements and deliver beyond expectations.
- To source and identify quality managerial candidates for the Firm.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 7 years of recruitment experience with a minimum of 2 years in handling managerial positions.
- Have the ability and experience in performing cold calling, social media and another innovative searching.
- Proactive with great networking, presentation and organizing skills.
- Ability to think and act out of the box, resourceful and flexible in executing tasks proactively.
- To possess own transport.
