Executive, Marketing Communications

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities

  • Overall in-charge of marketing collaterals and tools, new service or product launches, exhibitions and events
  • Manage, enhance and improve company’s digital and social media (ie: company website, Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter and Youtube)
  • Investigate marketing & branding options for the company
  • Conduct market research and survey analysis
  • Prepare presentation materials, product brochure and websites/articles update
  • Promote new service or product of the company and enhance brand awareness in the market
  • Support marketing team to develop and implement tactical marketing communications projects, including sales tools, marketing collateral, advertisements, events, partnerships and training materials
  • Effectively coordinate the development, design, approval, production, and distribution of marketing materials in partnership with the creative design team
  • Champion the company brand identity across all developed materials
  • Develop marketing materials and database to generate sales leads
  • Produce Press Releases
  • Monitor and report project expenses and ROI

 

Requirements

  • Must possess at least a Diploma in marketing, advertising, business management, mass communication or related field
  • Knowledge in digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing and web analytics will be added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills (MS-Word, MS-Exel, MS-Powerpoint), Adobe Writer, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Able to prioritise and balance multiple projects simultaneously
  • Results-driven, proactive and can work autonomously
  • Good learning attitude, technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills and fast learner
  • A team player, high energy and takes initiatives
  • Immediate Starters preferred
