Executive, Marketing Communications

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the creation, ideation and execution of local marketing & business development activities to achieve the firm’s objectives.
  • Developing content for Crowe Malaysia's internal / external communications with stakeholders (i.e. management, employees, clients, media, public etc.) such as thought-leadership articles, newsletters, etc.
  • Supporting and advising local Business Units / divisions on all branding, marketing, and communication related matters.
  • Working closely with internal teams and agencies to ensure success of campaigns by generating content, providing feedback of creative concepts, and overseeing the production of materials to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
  • Utilizing creative channels (including digital and social media) to establish brand presence and maximize business opportunities for Crowe in a cost-efficient manner.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador for Crowe Malaysia to build brand awareness of Crowe as a global name in the audit, tax and advisory space.

 

Requirements

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business management, mass communication or related discipline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required. Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated skills in copywriting, proofing and editing.
  • Previous experience in executing marketing campaigns and social media management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Office Applications tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Must be design savvy - proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand current trends.
  • Quick-thinking and pragmatic approach with a strong can-do mentality.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
