Associate, Talent Acquisition (3 Months Contract)
Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment activities including efficient sourcing and selection process from different recruitment channels.
- Assist in arranging for online assessments and interviews.
- Assist in other administration tasks including preparation of offer letters, ID tags and updating of records.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource/Psychology/Business Administration or other related disciplines.
- Possess good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently, have good interpersonal and organizing skills.
- Those who possess less than 1 year of relevant experience and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
