Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative routine and requests from staff
  • Responsible for office equipment maintenance
  • Handle courier, mailing arrangement etc.
  • Prepare stationery for new staff
  • Assist on ad hoc assignments when required

 

Requirements

  • Possess at least a primary/secondary school/SPM/ "O" level, diploma in any field
  • Good working knowledge of office equipment will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications
