Assistant Manager, Student Affairs

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities

  • To plan and oversee full cycle of student affairs activities, including campaign and recruitment strategy, selection and interview process, induction, coaching and mentoring, etc.
  • To execute and implement engagement strategies with targeted universities, professional accounting bodies and other education establishments.
  • To plan and organize yearly events such as career talks, career fairs, campus events, office visits, etc.
  • To monitor and enhance the internship program to ensure a comprehensive internship experience.
  • To liaise between managers and interns to ensure goals and expectations are met.
  • To provide general career guidance and counselling to interns.

 

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • To possess at least 5 years of experience in campus recruitment or employer branding activities is a must.
  • Experience in dealing with the immigration department will be an added advantage.
  • To possess own transport.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive with great networking, presentation and organizing skills.
  • Ability to think and act out of the box, resourceful and flexible in executing tasks proactively.
