Assistant Manager / Manager, Corporate Advisory

Location: Kuala Lumpur


  • Able to plan, write and prepare comprehensive business reports and research papers. 
  • Able to interact and make presentations to directors and senior management. 
  • Assist in financial analysis, investment due diligence and valuation. 
  • Able to liaise and coordinate with various professionals such as investment bankers, solicitors and auditors. 
  • Being able to lead and supervise a myriad of Corporate Finance engagements covering Mergers & Acquisitions, IPO exercise, liquidation and financial due diligence.


  • Preferably a degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting, with a strong grasp of economic indicators. 
  • Have at least 4 to 5 years of working experience in the related field
  • Possess an excellent command of English (written and spoken) as well as excellent communication and report writing skills. 
  • Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills with a strong grasp of economic indicators.
  • Computer literate, well-versed with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications.
  • Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Able to work well independently and under pressure with attention to detail.
  • Able to travel for work. Preferably possess own transport.
