Able to plan, write and prepare comprehensive business reports and research papers.
Able to interact and make presentations to directors and senior management.
Assist in financial analysis, investment due diligence and valuation.
Able to liaise and coordinate with various professionals such as investment bankers, solicitors and auditors.
Being able to lead and supervise a myriad of Corporate Finance engagements covering Mergers & Acquisitions, IPO exercise, liquidation and financial due diligence.
Preferably a degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting, with a strong grasp of economic indicators.
Have at least 4 to 5 years of working experience in the related field
Possess an excellent command of English (written and spoken) as well as excellent communication and report writing skills.
Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills with a strong grasp of economic indicators.
Computer literate, well-versed with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications.
Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Able to work well independently and under pressure with attention to detail.
Able to travel for work. Preferably possess own transport.
