Accounts Assistant

Location: Kuala Lumpur


  • To handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, journals, and etc
  • To ensure proper documentation, records and filing of all AP and AR documents/vouchers
  • Issuance of billings and preparation of cheques for payments due
  • General Office Administration works
  • To liaise with internal staff and clients



  • Possess minimum Diploma or an equivalent qualification with at least 1 year relevant working experience
  • Preferably able to handle full sets of account and is familiar with basic accounting software
  • Have a good command of written and spoken English
  • A reliable, analytical and diligent team player who is also able to work well independently
