6 Months Contract, Audit Administration

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities

  • Handle outgoing mail and courier
  • Monitor office equipment and maintenance
  • Print financial statements
  • Assist to record outgoing mail by post
  • Assist to roll forward accounts
  • Any other ad hoc administrative duties

 

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher
  • Proficiency in English is an advantage
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office
  • Well organized and responsible
  • Ability to multitask and can work with minimum supervision and as a team
