Wai Ling obtained her accountancy training and professional qualification through an articleship with an international accounting firm from 1976 to 1981. During her tenure there, her work experience included the audits of multinationals and listed companies. Wai Ling has a heart for the underprivileged community and plays a pivotal role in the firm’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. She strongly believes that education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty; hence, many of the community projects she champions focus on creating education opportunities to those in need.

At Crowe, we have the ability to inspire change and promote excellence in all we do, say and believe. This extends not only in the way we conduct business, but also to the communities that we live in. If everyone could aspire to do better, be kinder, give back more, even if just a little every day; I believe that will make a big change in the world.
