Required Qualification:
Advance Diploma in Business Administration/Information Technology or related field with 3-5 years of experience in related area.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in process review to develop efficient and effective process solutions.
- Develop story boards, concept diagrams, detail workflow processes by observing operations.
- Analyze operations to identify pain points and proposed alternative solutions.
- Evaluate business case for variety of application software and make recommendations to clients.
- Liaise and collaborate with subject matter experts and process owners to develop efficient and effective solutions.
- Negotiate, priorities, manage and organize multiple competing tasks, vendors, subject matter experts and process owners.
- Reach out to clients and effectively manage client relations.
Knowledge & Skill Requirement
- Confident with technology and technical problem solving.
- Experience in implementing accounting solutions is a plus.
- Prioritize and acute understanding of resource management and allocation.
- Comfortable to work under pressure.
Salary and Benefits
- Remuneration MVR 10,000/- to 12,000/- (negotiable)

- Working Hours: Sunday- Thursday (8:00 hrs- 16:30 hrs)
- All public and government holidays are non-working days.
