Required Qualification:

Bachelor's in Business Administration with 3-5 years of experience in administrative, marketing and operation related area.

Main Responsibilities  

  • Administering and assisting bid proposal and quotation submission process of the firm.
  • Support, facilitate and implement firm marketing strategic plan.
  • Provide marketing resource assistance to management teams/other service teams.
  • Assist in managing engagements including client relationships.
  • Organize, support and execute various administrative support service for clients.
  • Maintain and safekeeping of client's records ensuring confidentiality. 
  • Analyzing the development process with the aim of identifying problem areas that may affect results, finding valid solutions for the identified problem areas and implementing them in a timely manner.

Knowledge & Skill Requirement

  • Excellent communication skills both English and Dhivehi.
  • Ability to analyze work process flow and propose innovative ideas to the firm.
  • Prioritize and acute understanding of resource management and allocation.
  • Comfortable to work under pressure.

Salary and Benefits

  • Total pay package MVR 12,000/- to 15,000/-
  • Opportunities for training and development.
  • Working Hours: Sunday- Thursday (8:00 hrs- 16:30 hrs)
  • All public and government holidays are non-working days.
