Corporate finance senior management opportunity

Location: Dublin

We currently have an exciting senior management vacancy in our Corporate Finance team. 

The wide range of duties and responsibilities include: - 

  • leading and managing the completion of corporate finance engagements / projects including IBRs
  • transaction structuring and valuations
  • M&A advisory
  • strategic advice
  • debt negotiations
  • financial modelling
  • due diligence
  • preparation of business plans and asset management
  • managing a team of full and part-qualified professionals

You must be qualified in ACA, ACCA or hold an equivalent professional qualification and have at least plus 8+ years PQE and corporate finance experience in a professional practice or corporate role in industry. 

Subject to your experience and track record, you could be considered for either a Senior Manager or Associate Director position within our progressive career framework.
