Event details

The election of President Joe Biden has raised questions within the tax space about what policies and requirements might change. And with a slim Democratic majority in Congress, there are also questions about how the Biden administration could go about achieving its tax-related objectives.

The urgent need to address the fallout from the COVID-19 pandemic and other priorities means it’s unlikely that we will see sweeping tax legislation in the first half of 2021. However, President Biden might seek to make tax policy changes in the form of new regulations and administrative action.

In this CPE-eligible webinar, specialists from the Crowe Washington National Tax Office will provide insights into tax changes that the Biden administration might pursue in the near term.

By attending this webinar, you should be able to:

  • Describe how the president might implement some of his tax policy agenda through regulation.
  • Explain regulatory and administrative changes the new tax policy team may be considering.
  • Identify important insights into potential changes that could impact you and your business.
