Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2019: Ryan Howsam - FMI Strategic Consultant, “Planning ahead: Are you ready?”

We are happy to announce that our series will again begin with an annual update by acclaimed FMI strategist Ryan Howsam; Ryan will provide an in-depth discussion based upon his February 2019 publication, “Planning ahead: Are you ready?”. Ryan will address the evolving risk environment, top risks facing contractors, new tools and strategies and alternative project delivery methods (Design Build, IPD, P3). Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2019: Subcontractor Default Insurance: a 360 panel discussion from the project owner, carrier and general contractor perspectives

Featuring panelists: Jack Mumma, Michigan State University Construction Contract Administrator; Pat Duggan, Vice President of Risk Management Power Construction - Chicago; and Douglas Schrift, Chief Underwriter - SDI Liberty Mutual will participate in a 360 discussion on subcontractor default insurance.  Attendees will gain critical insight from an owner, general contractor and carrier perspectives on subcontractor default insurance and how it should be a critical tool in every general contractors risk management tool box.

Join us as the national captive consulting practice groups of Crowe and Aon jointly explain the role captives play in a construction organization's risk management profile. Our speakers will outline the different captive types, structures and key benefits that captives can provide construction organizations.
