Joseph T. Keating is Chief Investment Officer, Executive Vice President, and Head of Wealth Management for CenterState Bank. Mr. Keating has served in the Chief Investment Officer role for the past 27 years, 14 of which were with Old Kent Financial in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Prior to joining CenterState Bank, he spent five years as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer for RBC Private Asset Management. Keating received his B.A. degree in economics with highest honors from DePaul University and his M.S. degree in economics from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. He served for three years on the Economic Advisory Committee of the American Bankers Association and has been an instructor at the University of Illinois and at the Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago. Keating is frequently quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, Associated Press and local newspapers across the nation.
