We are looking for a Manager/Senior Manager for our Madrid office.

As part of the management of our financial advisory team, you will work at our Madrid’s office located in Torre Realia, advising clients in a transactional environment helping them to solve complex business issues.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Participate in Buyer or Vendor Financial Due Diligence.
  • Perform valuation and other financial analyses to support potential acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, etc.
  • Perform financial analysis of any kind in order to take control of the business: financial analysis of the targets of private equity funds, family offices or corporations to monitor the main KPIs.
  • Advice on price adjustment mechanisms and SPA drafting.
  • Sell-side assistance: support to the seller and his advisors during the process of selling a business.
  • Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.
  • Participate in restructuring projects advising debtors and creditors.

Skills and knowledge:

  • Degree in Business / Economics.
  • Spanish and English (full working proficiency).
  • 4-8 years of experience in audit and financial due diligence.
  • Strong analytical skills.
