Christina develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. She is responsible for reviewing and revising employment policies in compliance with local governmental regulations and provides advice to management.

Christina also advices, coordinates and manages the performance management system of the firm. She manages the recruitment and selection process and the payroll/redundancy process. She plans and organizes trainings based on the annual training matrix and maintains pay-plans and benefit programs of employees.
