Victor Sturgis fellowship
In 2017, CEO Jim Powers and Crowe became a signatory of the CEO Action Coalition (CEO Action), the largest CEO-driven business commitment to advance diversity and inclusion within the workplace. Recently, CEO Action launched CEO Action for Racial Equity, a fellowship that provides the opportunity for all CEO Action signatories to work together to advance racial equity, and Victor Sturgis has been selected as a designee of our firm. A Tax senior manager, Victor is also co-lead of our African American Business Resource Group, "In addition to the talents, skills and experiences Victor brings to the fellowship, he has demonstrated strong leadership in our firm's D&I efforts for many years," said Gary Fox, Tax managing partner. "Victor is very passionate about making a difference, and we know he will make a big impact with his fellow professionals in this fellowship."

Victor's fellowship is a full-time commitment for a minimum of one year and with potential commitment of no more than two years. Victor will remain a Crowe employee during this time but will be transitioning his responsibilities as he begins this fellowship on October 1, 2020.
