Last month, our African-American, Asian, Latino and Gay and Lesbian Allies People Resource Networks (PRNs) combined efforts for a day of service. Our PRN groups, open to everyone in the firm, support the firm’s efforts to recruit and retain diverse people, while also encouraging collaboration of differences to bring more value to our people, our clients, our communities and the firm. Overall, 157 PRN members across 21 Crowe offices volunteered – with 18 offices supporting local Boys & Girls Clubs and three offices supporting other local not-for-profits including Habitat for Humanity, Coconut Grove Cares and Children’s Aid Society. Volunteers enjoyed playing games with kids, preparing snacks and helping with facility and community clean-up projects. Additionally, the Crowe Foundation approved a donation of $500 to the not-for-profit for each office participating, resulting in a total donation of $10,500.
