Dan-Singh
Dhananjay Singh (New Delhi) joined Crowe in 2013 as part of our combination with ExtOrg. Today, Dhananjay is a project leader within our Performance Consulting practice in India. His primary role is to manage resources and support people development and expansion.

Q. What’s the biggest risk you’ve ever taken?

A. I started my career teaching to computer subjects to engineering graduate and diploma students
but took a chance and switched to software development within Dynamics AX back when it was not well known. Fortunately Microsoft acquired Dynamics AX, which helped promote and expand the platform and it’s now doing well. It’s been exciting to be a part of that growth.

Q: How to you use your teaching background at Crowe?
A: I facilitate weekly knowledge sharing sessions during which team members can give presentations or show a video on various technologies, tools or industry experience. This is our common platform where anyone from the team can present allowing them to share their expertise.

Q. How do you feel you and your office help promote One Crowe?
A: We demonstrate One Crowe by following Crowe’s core values – We Care, We Share, We Invest and We Grow – by working across borders as a team and by celebrating moments together. Each month, we pick a day to celebrate birthdays, introduce new team members, play a game and have a cake-cutting ceremony. We also celebrate our cultural festivals and national events as a team.

Q. What would people be surprised to learn about you?
A. Because I’ve always dreamed of being an astronaut, I would like to visit the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), the most powerful particle accelerator built to date. The LHC is based at the European particle physics laboratory CERN, near Geneva in Switzerland.
