Crowe attracts top talent through a virtual case competition.

Crowe Case Competition

This spring, our Talent Acquisition team members and about 50 individuals from Consulting participated in a virtual case competition, providing students with a realistic picture of what they'd experience as a consultant at Crowe. The students had 24 hours to work on a real consulting project drawn from a Crowe client example (with all client information cloaked) before they submitted their findings, ultimately presenting to a panel of judges. In the past, these events were held in person at four universities in the Midwest and South. In this year’s virtual format, we hosted 42 teams and 168 students across the U.S. More than 30 schools were represented, including ones where we haven’t actively recruited from in the past like Brigham Young, Emory and Brown. “I gained invaluable consulting experience and unparalleled access to leaders in the field,” shared student Meg Goldberg from Miami University, whose team took first place in the competition. Based on her experience through the case competition, Meg has accepted a Consulting internship with Crowe for this summer. “Between presenting to the partners at Crowe and receiving thoughtful feedback, I could tell that this firm truly invests in the professional development of the next generation."
