By pledging to take part in this new coalition, CEOs are committing themselves – and the organizations they lead – to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace and take action to cultivate a workplace where diverse perspectives and experiences are welcomed and where individuals feel encouraged to discuss diversity and inclusion.
