Ray Lei
CPA, MFAc

Ray is a Manager at Crowe Soberman in the Audit & Advisory Group. She has worked in public accounting since 2017 after graduating from York University.

Ray is experienced in managing compilation, review and audit engagements and provides accounting and assurance services to clients across a wide range of industries, including retail, wholesale, professional practice, investing companies, and non-for-profit organizations.

Her expertise lies in financial reporting under ASPE (ASNPO) and IFRS. She also assists clients in tax planning and compliance. Ray enjoys solving technical problems and building relationships with clients by adding value to their businesses and helping them achieve financial goals.

Outside of the office, Ray serves as a member of the Master of Financial Accountability Internship Advisory Board to provide career mentorship and give speeches to the students and graduates from this program at York University.
