Frances Sin joined Crowe Soberman in 2001 and is a manager in the firm’s Tax Group. In her position, Frances enjoys the exposure to all areas in the firm’s tax practice including personal, corporate, and trust tax compliance and planning. She is experienced working in matters involving individual, commodity and international tax. Frances has extensive personal tax and commodity tax experience. She is knowledgeable in identifying resident and non-resident corporations’ income tax, payroll, GST/HST and Provincial Sales Tax obligations in Canada. Frances also has experience handling foreign affiliates reporting and surplus calculations.

Frances serves a broad range of clients from across a variety of industries and sectors. Frances’s skills are diverse, ranging from conducting tax and case research related to various tax legislations to preparing and reviewing tax filings. Frances has successfully completed the In-depth GST Part and II Courses, the In-depth PST Course, and the Advanced International Tax Course offered by The Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
