Deborah (Debby) Teplinsky is a manager in Crowe Soberman’s Audit & Advisory Group. Debby works closely with owner-operated small businesses and medical and dental professional corporations.

Debby joined Crowe Soberman in 2010 with years of experience servicing clients and serving as a controller for a mid-sized accounting firm; a position she held for five years.

As a chartered accountant, Debby is conscientious in the work she produces. She assists clients with financial statement preparation, tax returns, tax planning and compliance. Debby enjoys the relationships she has built with clients and believes effective communication is vital to maintaining client satisfaction.

Before her career in public accounting, Debby owned a bookkeeping consulting business, which she managed for seven years. During this time, she advised large and small companies, as well as partnerships.

Debby’s unique background and entrepreneurial experience make her sensitive and responsive to clients’ needs. Often, clients describe Debby as a natural extension of their internal finance teams, working behind the scenes; she proves to be an invaluable resource and support for a wide-range of accounting matters.
