Daniel Mahne is a Manager in the Tax Group at Crowe Soberman. He joined the firm as a co-op student in 2017 and has since developed valuable expertise in providing tax compliance and tax planning services to clients.

Daniel has obtained his CPA designation and has been named on the 2019 Common Final Examination (CFE) Honour Roll by placing in the top 1% of writers for that year. He also successfully wrote all preparatory examinations with Distinction.

He has been involved in many projects requiring rigorous technical knowledge and prides himself in solving problems. Daniel emphasizes practical solutions and actively works with clients to ensure their needs are met.

He advises domestic and international corporations on various tax matters including corporate reorganizations, Canadian inbound expansions, sale of business planning, as well as cross-border organizational structuring. Daniel also has experience providing Canadian tax advice and compliance for high-net-worth individuals both domestically and abroad.

Daniel has a passion for writing and sharing valuable tax insights. As a result, he published numerous articles for the Crowe Soberman website and also through other mediums such as the Lawyer's Daily magazine.
