Rob Kozakowski

After obtaining his CA designation, then spending two years in a Controllership / CFO role with a privately-owned mechanical contractor, Rob obtained his CBV designation. As a CBV, he has focused primarily on the valuations of privately-held businesses in support of corporate reorganizations, estate planning, purchase and sale of businesses, and shareholder and matrimonial disputes.

Rob has additional experience preparing independent expert reports in connection with expropriation, insurance, and other claims, and in forensic reviews of shareholder and matrimonial disputes. He also has an extensive background in general advisory services.
