Barb joined Crowe MacKay on June 25, 2020, as the Payroll and Benefits Manager for the firm. With Barb’s years of experience, she will provide leadership and best practice solutions firm wide, working very closely and collaboratively with her payroll team members, Finance, and Human Resources departments. Barb is very excited to join the Crowe MacKay family and to be part of the ongoing growth and change of the organization.

Barb comes with over 25 years of experience in full cycle payroll and benefits in various industries; processing salary, hourly, union and non-union payrolls. Working alongside Finance and HR, Barb was able to collaboratively build process and development changes, create process manuals, and develop cohesive payroll teams. Barb has been the lead/project manager on completing payroll and benefit implementations at several organizations. In her most recent role she also wore the hat of HR which provided a deep respect for those working in Human Resources.
