Position Profile:

As a Leader in Global Mobility, you would be responsible for:

  • performing income tax planning mandates that will include international and domestic content.
  • advising employers and employees in a global mobility context on complex expatriate tax issues to clients on a timely basis.
  • researching complex tax issues.
  • Litigation support including representation to the taxation authorities and preparation of appeals.
  • building on technical competence by keeping up to date on tax developments and apply them in practical situations.
  • playing a leadership role in the tax group by actively contributing to the development and execution of the firm’s business plan.
  • providing training to the firm in areas of taxation.
  • Other related duties.

Requirements:

  • Accounting designation or law degree;
  • Masters in Taxation or CICA In-depth Tax Course is an asset but not essential;
  • 5 year of experience in Global Mobility;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English;
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks;
  • Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.
