As Crowe’s Chief Growth Officer, Chris is responsible for building and leading the Growth Division, which has a dual focus on deepening existing client relationships and introducing new clients to Crowe, ensuring the firm reaches its growth aspirations. The Growth Division is the conduit between our clients and service-lines; and its primary goal is building, maintaining and growing client relationships within the Crowe firm. 

Chris brings with him deep financial services experience spanning more than 25 years. He has held many senior positions with prestigious companies such as Vice President Sales - Asia Pacific Japan at Hewlett Packard Financial Services, Managing Director Commercial at FleetPartners, Executive Vice President (CEO) at Combined Insurance Asia Pacific and most recently National Director Sales Commercial at Aon Australia. 

Chris is passionate about growth and sales transformation through investment in the sales value chain. Ensuring his teams have the tools, capability and culture needed to deliver sustained and significant growth, responding to competition and meet changing customer demands is a priority for him.

Chris is an expert in Sales Enablement that provides our client facing colleagues with sales technology, sales methodology, sales process, and customer value propositions. Sales methodology is the principles and frameworks for how to sell, and sales process is the sequential steps to execute (activities and tasks). Both are critical in any growth strategy. 

Chris is a strong believer in forming his view from the customers’ lens and bases his priorities on client, colleague and commercial outcomes for both parties.
