Bob Farrar is a partner in the Crowe LLP consulting group and he leads the firm’s business risk service delivery for the central region.

Bob has more than 25 years of professional experience working with financial institutions in the areas of:

• Securities and Exchange Commission reporting
• Initial public offerings
• Multi-state tax compliance
• Enterprise risk management
• Forecasting, budgeting, and capital planning
• Merger and acquisition due diligence and financial modeling

Prior to joining Crowe, Bob was the chief accounting officer for a regional bank.
