Brian Kloostra is a principal in the Crowe LLP risk consulting group. He leads large-scale, multi-disciplinary project teams focused on helping clients improve business operations, increase revenue, and comply with regulatory mandates through the use of technology.

Brian has more than 30 years of experience helping financial institutions meet regulatory requirements while creating an enhanced customer experience on projects related to:

• Governance, risk, and compliance
• Detection and prevention of financial crime
• Commercial credit risk management
• Mortgage origination, servicing, and foreclosure
• Data quality improvement
• Customer experience enhancement

He was instrumental in building the firm’s capabilities to provide strategic consulting and develop methodologies for rapid deployment of customer-facing technologies. Brian also served as the Crowe quality assurance executive to confirm consistent application of standards across the firm.
