Bill has more than 15 years of experience providing audits and financial reporting for banks, finance companies, hedge funds, and broker-dealers. His expertise has been in the areas of:

• Purchase accounting and business combinations
• Housing and urban development compliance
• Initial public offerings
• Buy-side acquisition due diligence

Prior to joining Crowe, Bill was a sergeant in the United States Marine Corps.
