The Crowe Louisville office serves a diverse base of clients across various industries, including financial institutions, long-term care, manufacturing, higher education, and government.

Crowe moved into the Louisville market with the opening of an office in 1996. In 1998, the firm expanded in the area by combining practices with the accounting firm of Eskew and Gresham, which opened in 1922.
